And he had reason to be.
The family comes running at every squeak or squawk that leaves Porter's lips. Then that baby decided to grace us with this:
His smile. Then the entire world stopped and everyone in this house melted into gooey mush. We oohed and awed. Instantly, the baby took front and center; the King's front and center. Needless to say Caleb's enjoyment in Porter has been zero. But recently, after much contemplation, the King realized something; there is something to gain from this addition to the family.
He could gain an apprentice.
Porter could really be someone to him.
Someone to wrestle with.Someone to teach all his tricks to.
Someone to adore him.
Someone to partner him in all his crime.

Someone that will love him so much that he will take the blame for stuff every now and then.
Those thoughts have sealed the two little guys together forever as one eternal partnership.
The King and his Prince.

LOVE that smile!
You know everyone needs a sibling to tell you that you were adopted or an accident, that the drain will suck you down, that you will always be smaller than them, etc. Maybe Caleb will be that for Porter :) I know I still love my sister who tortured me mercilessly.
Look at that cute little smile. I NEED to come see him.... and soon. Can't wait!
Caleb's gonna love having a little brother. It's a good thing he's starting to realize that now :)
Ok, that's just too cute. They will totally be partners in crime. For sure.
P.S. You used the voodoo doll again yesterday, didn't you? My whole body is stiff and sore. You're dead to me for 10 minutes.
he is already outgrowing the newborn look! :( so cute. and how exciting to see that little smile.
Two words...Dar-ling! You grow some cute ones over there. Keep the words comin'.
SO SWEET! How fun to see little Porter get his personality...it is crazy how fast they grow...enjoy him while he is a baby :)
That is sweet! Maybe Porter will talk Caleb out of mischief...at least on occasion right. I hope you are ready...well prepared. I'm still trying to find ways to stay a step or two ahead of my troublemakers.
I love it! Sam isn't around enough to be a true partner in crime, so of course Caleb has to train his little brother, too.
